If you are heading to Teluk Bahang over the Deepavali break, Entopia has a festive Deepavali Activity running daily from 1 to 10 November 2026, 3pm–3.30pm at Downtown Entopia. Deepavali falls on 8 November this year, so the activity covers the long weekend nicely.
The rest of November is built around Entopia's Discovery Pass community. Passholders can join Inside Entopia (behind-the-scenes at the Breeding Ground, 11am–11.40am on 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 and 28 November), Be a Tattoo Artist (2pm–2.30pm on Fridays 6, 13, 20 and 27 November), Grow with Entopia gardening sessions (10am–10.40am on 1 and 15 November) and Keeper for a Day: Mini Experience (9.30am–10.10am at David's Garden on 8, 14, 22 and 28 November). Registration for several of these was marked "opening soon" when we checked.
The Discovery Pass costs RM200 per person (ages 4 and up) and gives unlimited entry for 365 days, starting seven days after purchase, plus 25% off up to two guest tickets per visit and discounts at the cafe and shop. For families who live in Penang and visit several times a year, it can pay off quickly.
Penang MyKad holders can also use Penang Kia Day: 30% off walk-in tickets every Tuesday until 31 December 2026. Go in the morning when the butterflies are most active.
