The Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang is one of the more refined places to catch live music in Batu Ferringhi. Set in the resort's Garden Wing at lobby level, it is open daily from noon to midnight, and on every Friday and Saturday a live band plays from 8pm to 10:45pm.
Expect a polished resort-lounge atmosphere rather than a party bar: comfortable seating, cocktails and light bites, and live music that works as a backdrop for conversation. It is popular with resort guests winding down after dinner, couples on a weekend getaway, and locals who want a quieter alternative to the busier bars along the Batu Ferringhi strip.
