The Eastern & Oriental Hotel's November–December programme (The Echo, edition 93) includes a one-night pairing dinner with RAKSASA Crafted Spirits on Thursday 12 November 2026 from 7pm at Java Tree in the Heritage Wing.
The format is a seven-course menu, each course matched with a pour from RAKSASA, a Malaysian craft spirits label that traces its distilling heritage back to 1906.
