OZO George Town Penang is spending New Year's Eve 2026 up at SPLASH on Level 22. "Splash, Sizzle & Sparkle" starts with a Seafood Sensation buffet from 6:30pm to 10pm on Thursday 31 December. The ticket covers the food, free-flow soft drinks and the party atmosphere. It costs RM168 nett for adults and RM85 nett for children aged 6 to 11.
From 10:30pm to 12:30am, the "Glow & Splash" countdown party takes over the same space, with live music, DJ sets, snacks and free-flow soft drinks. Party tickets are RM78 nett for adults and RM40 nett for children, so you can go just for the countdown if you have already had dinner elsewhere in town.
SPLASH is an open rooftop space, and the hotel notes that the buffet depends on the weather and that the party venue may change. It makes sense to ask the hotel about its wet-weather plan when you book.
Tips: This is a good-value NYE choice in the heritage core, with both events together costing less than many resort buffets. Book at +604-226 3737. George Town roads near Komtar and Penang Road get crowded close to midnight, so think about e-hailing home or staying the night.
