House hunting in Penang? The iProperty New Homes Expo sets up at Queensbay Mall in Bayan Lepas from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November 2026, open 10.30am to 10.30pm daily. Entry is free, and it is a convenient way to compare new launches without driving from show gallery to show gallery across the island and Seberang Perai.
The main draw is talking directly to developers: ask about layouts, maintenance fees, completion dates and loan packages, and look out for special on-site rebates. iProperty is also dangling prizes for buyers worth up to RM100,000 in total, including 999 gold coins and home appliances, while visitors can try their luck for cash vouchers and gifts from brands such as Baskin-Robbins, Watsons, Texas Chicken and SF Coffee.
Bringing the family? There is free ice cream, cotton candy and popcorn, clown performances, balloon sculpting and a kids’ design contest. Two special moments to note: a balloon drop giveaway on Saturday 21 November at 2pm, and free CHAGEE drinks for the first 50 visitors at 11am on Sunday 22 November. Register early online for a free iProperty neck fan, limited to the first 50 visitors each day.
Tips: weekday evenings are calmer if you want proper one-to-one time with sales teams; weekends are livelier for kids. Bring your IC, payslips or EPF statement if you are serious about booking a unit, and never pay a deposit without reading the booking form carefully. Queensbay has plenty of parking and food options, and the Penang Bridge is just next door if you are coming from the mainland.
