The Pinn on Pengkalan Weld offers one of the easiest-to-use deals in Public Bank's Jom Rasa Penang campaign. PB credit and debit cardholders, including PB Lifestyle cardholders, get 10% off when they spend at least RM80 on a single receipt.
At RM80, the minimum spend is low enough for a meal for two, unlike some of the campaign's fine-dining partners that need RM150 or more per head. The promotion runs from 25 July to 31 December 2026. The terms do not list day or time restrictions, though The Pinn's own terms may still apply, so check when you book.
The deal is for dine-in only, and bills cannot be split. The minimum spend is counted before service charge and government taxes. It cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
Tips: Pengkalan Weld (Weld Quay) runs along the George Town waterfront, so you can pair a meal here with a late-afternoon walk around the heritage streets nearby. Pay the whole bill on one PB card to qualify. Parking in the area can fill up on weekends, so plan to arrive a little early or use e-hailing.
