Norm Micro Roastery on Gat Lebuh Gereja is a café and roastery in the old commercial quarter of George Town. As part of Public Bank's Jom Rasa Penang campaign, PB credit and debit cardholders get 10% off a bill of RM150 or more.
The offer is valid from 10 July to 31 December 2026, from 9:30am to 6pm every day, including weekends and public holidays. That covers brunch, lunch and afternoon coffee, so it works well for a weekend catch-up with friends or a working session with colleagues.
The minimum spend is counted before service charge and government taxes, and you can use it once per card, per table and per visit. Split bills are not allowed. It is dine-in only at the Penang outlet, so takeaway and delivery orders are not covered, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty programmes or vouchers.
Tips: RM150 is a fair amount for a café, so it is easier to reach with a group of three or four sharing brunch plates and drinks. Weekend mornings are often the busiest time at George Town cafés, so arrive early if you can. Street parking in the old commercial quarter can be limited, so e-hailing is a good option.
