Peninsula House sits on the first floor of the historic India House on Beach Street. It is taking part in Public Bank's Jom Rasa Penang campaign with a straightforward lunch-time saving. PB credit and debit cardholders get 10% off when the bill comes to at least RM300, counted before service charge and government taxes.
The offer runs from 10 July to 31 December 2026, between 12pm and 4pm every day. Unusually for bank dining deals, it includes weekends and public holidays, so you could use it on Christmas Day or for a long-weekend lunch with family.
There are a few limits. The deal is for dine-in only, at the Penang outlet only, and you can use it once per card, per table and per visit. Split bills are not allowed, and it cannot be combined with other promotions, loyalty programmes or vouchers.
Tips: RM300 is easier to reach with a group of four or more, so this suits a family celebration or a team lunch rather than a quick meal for two. Pay the full bill on one PB card. Beach Street is in the busy financial district, and weekday parking can be hard to find, so a weekend lunch may be easier. Call ahead to reserve a table for larger groups.
